Clear rules, no fine print.
The conditions for using ACTIVO CRM and its services.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
Governing documents
This page summarizes the general rules. Each edition has its own terms (version 2026-10-30-v2), which prevail over this summary if there is any difference. These documents are currently available in Spanish:
- Official edition terms (crm.activocrm.com, Meta API)
- QR edition terms (wpp.activocrm.com, unofficial linking)
- Cancellations and refunds
- Support
- Web and CRM privacy
1. Who provides the service
ACTIVO CRM is a service operated by Activo CRM LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, with its declared mailing address and principal office at 30 N Gould St #70468, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“ACTIVO CRM” or “we”). Contact: contact@activocrm.com. The formation of the LLC does not automatically transfer contracts of the previous provider; any transition must be communicated and formalized according to those contracts and the law. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept the terms of the edition you use and the privacy policy. CRM Business (GoHighLevel sub-account), snapshots and advertising services are not covered by the terms of those editions and require their own contract.
2. The service
ACTIVO CRM is cloud software for managing WhatsApp conversations and sales, with two editions. The official edition (crm.activocrm.com) runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and includes a shared inbox, contacts, pipelines, campaigns, automations, appointments, email and, when Meta enables them, WhatsApp calls. The QR edition (wpp.activocrm.com) uses unofficial QR linking: it is not Meta's official API or a product authorized or certified by WhatsApp, it may lead to suspension of the number, there is no guarantee against blocks, and it does not offer calls from the CRM. ACTIVO CRM is not affiliated with or certified by Meta. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly affects what you subscribed to, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
3. Account and free trial
To use the platform you need an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for your account's activity, for the users you invite and for keeping your passwords confidential. New accounts include a free trial of 14 calendar days, with no card and no automatic conversion. When the trial ends, usage is blocked until a paid plan is activated; your data is kept as described in “End of service”.
4. Plans and payments
Each plan has limits on users, numbers, contacts and sends. Prices, currency and payment method are those of the plan you subscribe to. The subscription is paid in advance and we do not grant voluntary refunds for periods already started, except for the exceptions in the cancellation and refund policy and mandatory rights. If a payment is not completed, we may suspend the account until it is settled. In the official edition, Meta's charges for WhatsApp messages and calls are billed by Meta directly to the WhatsApp account holder and are not included in the plan price. In the QR edition, additional campaign messages are purchased as top-ups under its terms.
5. Use of WhatsApp and Meta
In the official edition, by connecting a number you accept the terms and policies of WhatsApp Business and Meta, including their messaging and commerce rules; connection, coexistence, templates and calls depend on their approval. In the QR edition you assume the risks of unofficial linking described in its terms. In both, you must have permission (opt-in) from the people you message or call, honor opt-out requests and not send unsolicited bulk messages. Meta may limit, restrict or deactivate numbers for its own reasons; we are not responsible for those decisions, although we will help you resolve them when possible.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to: send spam, deceptive or illegal content; impersonate other people or brands; collect data without a legal basis; infringe third-party rights; or attempt unauthorized access, overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, especially if they put other customers or the connected WhatsApp numbers at risk.
7. Your data and your customers' data
The content you upload or generate (contacts, conversations, files, recordings and more) belongs to you. For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and ACTIVO CRM acts as processor: we process it only to provide the service, with reasonable security measures, and we do not sell it or use it for other purposes. It is your responsibility to inform your customers and to have a legal basis to process their data. More details in the privacy policy.
8. Call recording
If you use WhatsApp calls in the official edition, the platform may record answered calls and keeps each recording for up to 60 days. Recordings of all calls are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for complying with the applicable call recording laws in your country and your customers' countries, including giving notice or obtaining consent when the law requires it.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the platform continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, third-party failures (such as Meta, cloud or email providers) or causes beyond our control. We offer email support at contact@activocrm.com Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), America/New_York time zone, excluding US federal holidays. We aim to give a first response within one support business day, which does not constitute an SLA. Live sessions, migrations and custom work are quoted separately.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ACTIVO CRM is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss caused by third parties or by Meta's decisions about your numbers, and its aggregate contractual liability is limited to the equivalent of three monthly fees for that service at the subscribed price, under the terms of each edition and without excluding what the law does not allow to be limited.
11. End of service
You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate the service for breach of these terms or non-payment. After closure, or after a trial ends without activation, we keep your data for 30 days so you can request a copy; after that it may be permanently deleted, except what we must keep by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date. Price changes or material changes to the terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and do not apply retroactively to the paid period.
13. Governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the laws of Wyoming and the applicable US federal laws apply. Disputes between businesses may be brought before the competent state or federal courts of Wyoming, without displacing the customer's mandatory jurisdictions or rights. Good-faith handling by email does not condition legal action or suspend its deadlines.
